Construction is underway! 

The Maune Development Company has broken ground on its 3^rd building at Eastport Plaza in Collinsville, IL! The project is a 53,417 SF Tilt-Up office/warehouse building located at 1607 Eastport Plaza Drive, Collinsville, Il 62234.  The project is over 50% pre-leased. The contractor is Maune Construction Services, LLC.  The scheduled completion date is February 2016.
