Welcome Luke Wolf – Director of Finance/Controller

Luke Wolf is the Director of Finance / Controller for The Maune Company. Luke is responsible for the firm’s accounting department and financial reporting functions  He is involved in managing existing loans and banking relationships, along with securing financing for new acquisitions and development. Luke has more than 25 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industries. Prior to joining The Maune Company in 2016, Luke was the Controller at Altus Properties, a privately held real estate investment firm in St. Louis. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, development, management and dispositions, and has worked in traditional commercial real estate as well as more complex incentivized projects.

Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Maryville University in St. Louis.  He is also licensed in Missouri as a Certified Public Accountant and as a Real Estate Salesperson.

Luke is a native St. Louisan, has 6 children and is very active in coaching youth sports. Luke is also involved with his parish of Holy Infant Catholic Church.
